Our Sanctuary stained-glass windows represent the founding members of our church and/or notable people in our community. In 1873, early community members formed the first organized religious society in the town of what's now known as the City of Santa Maria. With God's guidance and direction, many of these individuals forged the way for many to find and learn about the good news of Jesus Christ, generation after generation. As many were pioneers of the early Santa Maria days, you will notice that many street names match the people the stained glass windows represents, (i.e. Stowell, Newlove). Click and expand each window tile below to learn more about the people each window represents.
